We will maintain standards to ensure that your information is private and secure at all times. At the same time, we want to offer an array of financial products and services that will enable our clients to accomplish their financial goals. We collect, retain and use information concerning our clients only when we reasonably believe that it will help us administer our business or to provide products, services, or other opportunities to them. All of our operational and data processing systems are in a secure environment that protects account information from being accessed by third parties. Internet Transactions and Website Privacy. BPAS understands how important it is to protect our on-line clients and website visitors. We do not collect personally identifiable information about individuals except when it is specifically provided on a voluntary basis. We do not share the product, service or assistance you have requested.

BPAS makes no warranties concerning the privacy principles of these sites, and the client is strongly encouraged to view the privacy statement with each entity before proceeding. Former Customers. We do not sell any customer information to anyone, nor do we disclose information about our former customers to non-affiliated third parties, except to process transactions or provide services that you have requested or initiated.
